Home Ownership Program- This program supplies financial assistance to low- and moderate-income families who are first-time homeowners or who occupy substandard housing to help them purchase or build a modest home 453-2001.

Mortgage Loan Insurance- This program provides insurance on loans granted for the purchase, construction, renovation or refinancing of single-family homes or multiple rental housing. Toll-free: 1 800 668-2642.

Rent Supplement Program- This program subsidizes rents in eligible rental dwellings for households in need. 453-2001.

Residential Property Tax Credit- This program provides homeowners with a credit equivalent to all or a portion of the provincial property tax they paid on their principal residence. Toll-free: 1 888 762-8600.
