Stretch marks fade, but without cosmetic surgery they never go away completely.

I had stretch marks that faded to a light pink and barely noticable and my skin went right back to normal.

its not even the stretch marks that upset me, its the wrinkly loose skin... ladylipsgloss how old is your youngest baby????

exercise will help your loose skin

Actually no, exercise won't help retighten loose skin. There's no muscle in skin to tone up. Once it's stretched out, it's stretched out.

Yes, it will...The combination of exercise, nutrition and adequate rest and recuperation is how your skin will have the greatest opportunity to regain its original form.

good luck!

Skin elasticity depends on genetics, so you can't say that it will go back to normal. You can only say based on the amount of loose skin and your genetics that you skin may go back to normal. Even that article tells you that it' possible for your skin to go back to normal. I have one child and she's 21 months.

tanning is the only thing that makes mine disappear and lots of stomach exercises will tighten the skin.

It may never go back to normal. Exercise might help a bit, but it's probably never going to be the exact same as it was before having a baby. When people are larger due to excess weight or pregnancy the skin stretches out a ton and then when all the fat is gone, the skin usually just hangs there for the most part and needs to be removed surgically.
