Exercise Regimen

Now that you are a well established mom, what do you do to stay fit? For how long and how often?

now in spring/summer/fall we walk with the stroller for 1 hour twice a day. its worked the best and in the winter well this winter anwyays i am planning on taking cardio kick boxing classes on the northside..
