Prenatal Exercise Regimen

What do/ did you do to keep in shape while pregnant? How often, and for how long each time?

I bought the Prenatal Yoga DVD with Shiva Rea. It was Excellent! My friend and I actually used the same video with both of out 2 pregnancies, and we really thought it hit the spot.

It is divided up in segments so you can do one or all parts, which focus on various areas of the body.

There are women in each trimester, so you can follow with the one that best matches your ability.

I also did a lot of walking.

when i was pregnant i did the same...walking! lol i walked a lot before i got pregnant so it was pretty easy. i did buy a prenatal yoga and i found it too slow i like faster paced exercise things. but if you don't mind it it is a really great way to work out.

Which yoga did you do? Was it a video? I like a fast paced work out when I am trying to tone up, but I really liked how all the stretches seemed to take away the pain I was feeling in my back, etc.
