Get Back in Shape After Birth


What did you do after you had your baby to get back in shape? How long after you had your baby did you start this? How often?

I found the one thing that really helps with me, is pumping/breastfeeding. Not to mention regular housework that burns calories. Walking is also a nice gentle way to get back in shape, WITH your baby.

i had a harder time getting back in shape after annabelle i fractured my tailbone so even walking really hurt. so it wasn't until after she was a year really that i was able to do anything

I also found that Boob juice made me lose that weight fast. and I walked right away, even if it was just a little, and I made sure to not eat junk.
