Whole wheat Cinnamon Pancakes


This makes about eight small pancakes
  • 2/3 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 2 t. granulated sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 t. cooking oil
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  1. Stir flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt together.
  2. Combine egg, milk, and Oil, and stir into the flour mixture.
  3. Pour batter onto hot ungreased griddle or pan
  4. I top this with a fruit such as diced apple, and a teaspoon or two of yogurt
