Hoping for a boy? Maybe you want that little princess. What ever wishes you have for your offspring, you may be able to influence it more than you think.

There are significant differences in male and female sperm that help influence who makes it to that egg.

Female sperm for example are actually more able to survive the acidic environment of the vagina, and will live up to 7 days inside you.

Male sperm on the other hand don't survive very long but are faster swimmers and generally make it to the egg first as long as you are ovulating.

So in other words, if you are hoping for a boy try and have intercourse on, or as near to ovulation as possible. If you are hoping for a little girl try a couple days before ovulation is set to occur.
