Welcome baby- Tools for the Journey, is a 2 day course offered at UNB for couples that gives an overview on pregnancy and postpartum, in addition to methods of childbirth, pain relief options, labor relaxation techniques, and postpartum stress management. Special Delivery Club, put on by VON (the Victoria Order of Nurses), is a free program offered to women under 24 and helps inform about labour & delivery, breathing and relaxation exercises, nutrition, feeding baby, and more. The program also includes a tour of the hospital, so you know what to do when the big moment comes, and also a grand finale baby shower. Big Kid and Baby clinic is a program designed to help your older child prepare for the experience of having a new baby in the family. The class is best suited for children over the age of 3 and is 2 hours long. Fitness Programs

Walk With Me is a walking program offered by the YMCA that meets several times weekly for a group walk out doors. Contact the YMCA at 462-6000 for more info.

Prenatal Yoga at the Lifesong Yoga Center offers a ten week program designed by certified yoga teacher Kathryn Downton specially formatted to fit the needs of a pregnant woman's body gently and safely. For more information on courses and registration call 455-2444 or visit their website.

Prenatal Yoga at the Restorative Health Center
