Non-Staining Baby Sunblock

Help - Baby sunblock..... Just wondering if anyone can recommend one that doesn't stain! I have been using Hawaiin Tropic - Baby Faces and it leaves orange stains on my little girls clothes. Mine as well if I'm not careful enough. She hasn't ever gotten a burn but her stack of stain free clothing is dwindling! Instead of trying them all out I thought I should check with the people who know best! Thanks all :o)

I use Aveeno Baby Continuous Protection Sunblock Lotion SPF 55, Just one thing that I can tell you: this one has no water-mark, so it can last longer on your face!

I don't remember the brand (it was called baby faces though)of the kind i used last year and the year before.. it was a pink tube,.. it doesn't stain. and this year we're using 'Banana Boat Baby' tear free, 50spf, and waterproof, it doesn't stain either.

I used coppertone continuous spray. You just spray it on and don't have to rub it in. It's awesome cuz my little guy won't sit still to have lotion rubbed in. It doesn't leave a stain BUT you go through it rather quickly (small price to pay for me though).

we use matter company and love it - safe for babies and adults and all natural.
PS - If it is tear free, it normally means it has chemicals in it to numb the tears, and is not overly "natural/safe" for babies... I would read ingrediants first!

I never realized tear free might not be good.. though with all the recalls and 'newly discovered' bad stuff in 'safe' products and thing it's not all that surprising..

the active ingredients in it (which is the only ones listed) are Homosalate 15.0%, Octinoxate7.5%, Octisalate 5.0%m Titanium Dioxide 2.4%
Any Idea if any of those are harmful? It's hard to know what's safe or not now.

I swear by the Mary Kay sunscreen. It doesn't feel greasy and my kids have never got a sunburn. It's safe for kids and babies.

We use baby faces sunscreen too. But to prevent staining and to make sure i have them covered 30mins before going in the sun. I strip them down to only underwear/diaper and coat their whole bodies before we head out the door, then just wait 5 mins for it to soak in good , then put their clothes on ..neither one of them have ever had a sunburn or stained clothes so it's worked good for me.
