Toddler unbuckling self in car

I desparately need some tips or advice!! I have a 30 minute drive to and from work everyday...with 2 toddlers. One of which will not stay in the seat belt!! I end up late for work everyday because I have to stop the car -literally- 4 or 5 times to buckle him up. Has anyone had this problem????

Hey check this thing out! IT is supposed to help them from unbuckling the seat belt that holds their car seat or booster in place. Not sure if that is exactly your problem or not. Are they unbuckling the seat's seat belt or the car seat's belt?

I made a vest for my daughter. After getting her buckled into the car seat I would put this vest on her and button it up behind her. She couldn't get the to buckles without a lot of extra effort. I made it out of fabric with princesses that she really liked, so it gave her something to look at.

One suggestion is to twist the bottom latch around to the back. It will be harder for him to press the buttons that way. Also, I stop the car and won't go until everyone is safely buckled. IYou could offer a reward for staying buckled the entire ride (a sticker or something, not a toy or candy) Or you could come up with a punishment that will happen everytime he unbuckles. (Worse than and in addition to the car stopping until everyone is safely restrained.) My daughter responds to losing TV time at night. (Even though she doesn't even get to watch it everynight). All I have to say is your grounded from TV tonight, and she is instantly upset. She so far hasn't repeated anything that she was grounded because of it.

He's not unbuckling the belt, he's wiggling out of the straps. I tried strapping him in tighter, but he still manages to wiggle his way out.
