Potty Training

I just started potty training my 2 year old daughter a couple days ago. Yes, I do realize we are quite early in the game. However, every day she will POOP in her panties!! And it honestly doesn't seem to bother her. She'll hide when she goes to do it, she knows exactly what she is doing! I'm using those Gerber panties, w/ the plastic cover for training, that way there is no mess.
So far she had pooped in her panties 4 times in the last 3 days. She has only peed once in the panties.
We have been rewarding her (for peeing on the potty) with her favorite stickers, and she gets to put them on her "Potty" poster. She is very aware of her Special Princess crown, that she will get, only if she poops on the potty. I read her the Going to the Potty book, every morning when she gets up .... i just don't know what i'm doing wrong!!

Should I try just panties? maybe the Gerber panties are too much like pull ups? Even though when she does pee in them, she can certainly feel it!!

Getting the hang of pooping on the potty generally takes some time. It's only been a couple of days. You've got a long road ahead of you if you're getting frustrated now. She'll get it. Just give her time.

My daughter was absolutely terrified to poop on the potty. She was completely fine with the peeing, so we just took our time. Every time she had to pee she'd go to the toilet, but refused to poop on it. I didn't want to push her and make it into something even more scary for her.
She'll get it eventually when she's ready, she won't be in diapers forever! Just be patient that's my biggest piece of advice, it'll come.

I always found that the best way (for me) to potty train was to take the child every 15mins, then every half hour, then ever 45 mins then every hour...then when you actually catch the time that your child needs to poop and she does it then you make a huge deal about it. We sing, dance, clap and tell the other children what a big girl/boy they have been. I know that it seems very time consuming, but my own two children were fully day and night time trained at 19mths and my other child at 24mths. I also put them straight into underwear/panties.
