I am a mom of a preemie who is in the NICU. I am having troubles with my milk supply ( as I did with my first child, also a preemie). I am currently on domperidone which has not made a drastic difference and in the past have tried the fenugreek and pumping every 2 hours, still not able to keep up. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to anything else to try before I get frustrated and give up. Help someone???

Lots of water and oatmeal! And you need to relax. Your body is not going to produce if you're stressed out!
She's right, oatmeal is high in iron and iron is needed to produce lots of milk. It can also be relaxing, another thing you need to do! It can also help lower your ch9olesteral levels which may b inhibiting your milk supply :)
I also breastfeed, and I have found that drinking too much coffee depletes my milk supply. I think it's probably because the caffiene is a diaretic, so I am becoming dehydrated. Perhaps just drink lots and lots of liquid will make a difference. Also, I have tried fenugreek before, and I found that I needed a lot more than what is recommended on the side of the bottle for it to be affective.
I hope this helps! Don't give up hope just yet :)
